My Ideal Date: I pick up Salma Hayek up at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle in a black 1925 Rolls Royce Phantom. We dine at Canlis overlooking Lake Union. She gets the Lamb Chops because I like a woman who eats red meat. I get the American Wagyu Tenderloin. She drinks a glass of red wine, just one glass, and I drink soda water. The owner picks up our bill since she is a celebrity. We then proceed to the waterfront where we cruise around Elliott Bay until late at night, watching the lights of the city. As I drop her off at the Olympic in the wee hours of the morning she gives me a peck on the cheek and says something sexily in Spanish into my ear which I am never able to translate and am therefore forced to live in a blissful cloud of mystery wondering if I will ever see her again...
