I have three older siblings who have attended Georgetown and I was able to see a Cherry Tree Massacre performance last year! You guys were amazing. I am currently a sophomore in high school and I am very much into singing! If I go to Georgetown, I really hope to be a part of the Phantoms!

Hi, I think your group is great! Do you have any newer CDs for sale that aren’t listed on the website?

    • Hello Samantha,
We are currently finishing up the recording process of our next album which is scheduled to be finished in the fall. As of now, “Phive” is our most recent CD.

Hello. My organization is preparing to host a MLK celebration on January 18, 2011 and would love to have you render music during the program. I have submitted an email request and will await a reply. We are able to pay a reasonable fee for services and will provide food immediately following the program.
I look forward to your reply.

I was hoping someone could connect me to an old friend of mine, Soon Huey Jin. We met and worked together at Ogilvy & Mather in 1990 (I think) together with May Lwin. I know that she married Steven from Hong Kong cos I attended her wedding. I have lost contact with her and if anyone could forward her email address to me or forward my email address to her, I’d appreciate it very much. Best regards, Frances

    • Hello Frances. I have forwarded your email; Heuy Jin will be able to contact you directly. Regards, —Gabriel

I was hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction. Our company headquarters is relocating from Bethesda to Washington D.C. late summer and we are having several open houses for our employees in early to mid June. We were hoping to engage a small acapella group (or 2) to perform during our events. We are prepared to pay a reasonable fee and happy to provide free food!

Please let me know whom I might speak with about this.

    Much Appreciated,

    Kristen

    • Hi Kristen,

I’ve forwarded your email to the group’s PR officer. You should hear back from her shortly. Please note I removed your contact information from the public website for your privacy’s sake (included in the email, of course).

      Thanks,
      —Gabriel

  • Hello, I am wondering if the Georgetown Phantoms would be interested in hearing a new CD I’ve recorded called “Harmony for Christmas” featuring 13 new, original Christmas songs.

I would be pleased to send a copy for the group to consider singing any of the songs for next season.

Samples of all the songs on my website at: http://www.standavis.ca

    Dear Phantoms:
What a great web site! Thanks again for performing so beautifully at last December’s Holiday Concert. It’s always a delight to hear you sing. Best wishes to everyone in the spring semester.

    Thanks! Tom

  • Hi! My name is Nenelwa Tomi and I am Business Manager of Red Hot Blue, Goucher College’s co-ed acappella group. We would love to sing with you guys sometime. We are trying to hit the DC area on the 24th and weren’t sure if you had anything planned during that weekend. Regardless, we would love to sing with you all in the near future. Thanks for your time and we look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

Erin Litzow is my neice. She had the most incredible voice and I love to hear her sing. She sends youtube links when she can. Someday I hope to visit her at Georgetown and perhaps hear the Phantoms. That would be awesome!

    Have a good year!

    Aunt Kate

  • Wow Gabe! The site looks incredible!!

    • Thanks Marisa. :) I only just now fixed my recently broken web dev software, so I can get working on some of the bugs I’ve been noticing (almost all of them related to Internet Explorer – for anyone using IE, please can you switch to anything else? ;-) ).

  • avatar Villa

Gabe, this is awesome! Now, how would one log in, if one wanted to log in?? Great job with this!

    • Thanks Villa!

I have to go to work right now, but this afternoon I was going to start creating alumni accounts. When I do you, will get an automatic email with your username (which will be dvillalovos) and password. To sign in, simply click the “ghost” icon near the top of the screen (next to “search”).

  • The Guestbook was one of the most successful sections of the older site, so I’m happy to (finally) bring it back.
