Highlights
The beginning of the school year is auditions season, and therefore a great time to meet and hear us. We will be performing and tabling at a number of events such as the A Cappella Lunch and Program in Performing Arts Open House, and of course any Georgetown student is strongly encouraged to come audition for us! Auditions!
The Phantoms, GU's premier coed a cappella group, are looking for new members! Come either Sunday or Monday. Be ready to sing part (approximately one verse and chorus) of a rock, pop, or R&B song. Please, no musical theater as this is not the type of song we perform. Auditions are open to any Georgetown University student; please arrive on time as we will be teaching you an exercise that will form part of your audition. Callback Auditions
The list of those who are invited to callbacks will be posted the day after primary auditions are over.
Please prepare a NEW solo!
Callbacks are the second and last step in the auditions process. They are a way for us to organize a deliberately limited set of candidates based on our specific needs that year, and do NOT sharply divide those who performed well and who did not in primary auditions. Our situation changes every season, so feel free to come again to future auditions!
That said, if you made callback auditions this year, congrats! You're almost there.
