Founded in 1988, we are a group of ~18 Georgetown University students performing rock, pop, and R&B a cappella music. In recent years, the Georgetown Phantoms have opened for Chingy and the Black Eyed Peas, performed at the State Department, National Museum of Natural History, and Kennedy Center, and maintained a yearly repertoire of 50+ songs. This past year, the Phantoms competed for the first time in the International Competition for Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA’s 2010) and won “Outstanding Soloist” in the Quarterfinal and Semifinal rounds. We are also the co-hosts of the annual invitational D.C. A Cappella Fest (“DCAF”) held in Gaston Hall in November. Check out our CDs, upcoming events, and contact info, and we hope to see you soon!
